Hello my loves and how are you all today? I hope you’re well and your 2017 is off to an amazing start for you! Have you broke a resolution yet? I’m still going strong with reading photography stuff and lots of research to better my photography skills.
Now I cook a home cooked dinner most days and I have to say I have struggled to find a decent pepper mill. I have been using the £1 disposables you pick up from the supermarket which are rubbish. You can barely get enough out of them and the chunks are huge I find it hard to season my dishes.
The mill it self is very stylish in black with silver trim. I feel it would go well with any kitchen decor being such a clean and simple design. However my favourite feature is the LIGHT yes the LIGHT that can be used to ensure you can always see how much pepper you’ve used!! Poshest pepper mill ever?? I’d say yes (lol).
The first thing I noticed was it was actually really hard to get into! I was seriously concerned I was going to break it and I feel it could use a better opening mechanism. I wouldn’t want to break it just by trying to be able to use it.
Once I had it ready to go it was brilliant! You unpop the cap, press a little a little button the opposite end and you have perfectly ground pepper. It comes out at a rapid speed so you’re not there for ages but slow enough that you have control over your seasoning. Also tip it upright while still on and it will automatically stop grinding.
I also like the compartment for the pepper. All though it looks small it really does have some space in there and that’s great. You don’t want to be filling it up all the time as you may as well by all ready ground pepper.
I am so glad I have this especially when cooking up large lasagne , soups or stews and perfect for the dinning room table at tea time! Saves me heaps of time, looks fantastic and has some awesome features.
Lots of Love
