Date Ideas

Valentine’s Day Special

Everything is coming up roses this month, it is the month of love after all! With Valentine’s day on the approach, I am sharing some fun and different date ideas for you all. This way you and your Valentine can have a top-notch Valentine’s Day even if you’re struggling for inspiration.
We want something that moves away from the normal meal and flowers or standard date ideas. Throw something a little spontaneous into the mix and you never know where it might lead this Valentines Day.

Were are just throwing all ideas of romance out the window for now! It’s ok though because it’s all in the name of FUN! If you’re not sure what it is then let me the first to introduce you to Zorbing. A giant inflatable ball where you and your love can battle it out with fast pace hills races, obstacle courses and even twin balls for two. This is even available as a water sport now! I can see this being really hilarious with lots and lots of real belly laughs. Working up a great appetite for a romantic dinner (see it’s there). What a great way to have fun and celebrate your love with this out of the box date idea for Valentine’s day. You can get information on this from most ‘experience days’ websites.

Take A Class

Now, I know how this might sound and that is a little bit boring but I think it could be a great bonding experience. Regardless how long your romance has been blossoming. If you can make it a class you both have interest in perhaps photography or dance than even better. Why not learn a new language over withΒ Preply.comΒ and tell them you love them in more than one language? It is, however, a great way to get out of the same date routine and again will bring a lot of smiles. It’s always good to learn something new and you never know you both might find something you really love. So give the gift of learning this Valentine’s day as a great date idea.

Locked Room Challenge

Have you seen these new locked room challenge games you can do? They are these fantastic puzzles scenarios. You are locked in a room where there are puzzles and clues for you to solve in order to solve the bigger challenge you have. I have seen so many themes for these rooms as well such as space, detective or murder mystery. They really do look like a fab night out and a step away from the norm. If you’re double dating this Valentine’sΒ day then this is something you should definitely try for a date idea. Great fun and a good test of your witts!

Ghost Tour

This might seem a little out of place in February and a little more at home in October? However, it’s a great way to learn the history of some great places. Plus if you get a little spooked along the way then bonus, right? While not for everyone this would be a winner with many people. You can usually find haunted locations locally so why not google it and see what you can find. I think it would be really funny and you would be talking about it for weeks after. Another great, if even a little spooky, date idea.

A Show

Let’s try to move away from something you might usually go to see. Perhaps you and your partner have different taste in shows. Book a ticket to see the one they’ve been dying to watch. Go to your first music gig to see a new band play. Or try something neither of you has tried before. Perhaps you’ve never been to the theatre before and would love to? Whatever itΒ is you choose to see make it something fun. if you’re both having fun then that’s a great date! But most of all try something new with your love this Valentine’s Day.

If you are struggling to find someone worth spending time with on Valentine’s Day then why not check out the following dating sites. Build a rapport with someone before wasting any time on losers. Hertfordshire Dating Site, Derbyshire Singles, Merseyside Singles or Single Women In Basingstoke. If you are looking for something not so serious then check this site for Naughty dating (wink, wink, nudge, nudge).
Which of these date ideas would you like to try for Valentine’s day? I would like to try the locked room one for sure! Let me know your choice in the comments below.
Lots of Love,
Tahnee xxx

  10. These are all good ideas. I’m not sure about that Zorbing thing though it scares me a bit lol. And I’m a bit claustrophobic so getting locked up in a place might not work for me but a class sounds interesting.
